Sure, engineers are boring soulless cubicle dwellers. And yes they do worry about stuff most folks consider to be arcane and uninteresting. And yes they do dress funny. But no matter what you do for a living, there are always things that make you crazy. This is my attempt to describe various technical sore points and fiascos in the hope that the non-engineer can still relate despite the subject matter.
